Processing of personal data
We process your personal data in compliance with the following legal basis according to art. 6 para. 1 EU-GDPR:- Processing of personal data with the consent of the data subject.
- Processing of personal data for the performance of a contract with the data subject and for the implementation of appropriate pre-contractual measures.
- Processing of personal data for the fulfilment of a legal obligation to which we are subject under any applicable law of the EU or under any applicable law of a country in which the EU-GDPR is applicable in whole or in part.

External Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster). The personal data collected on this website
is stored on the hoster's servers.
Our hoster will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfil its performance obligations and
will follow our instructions with regard to this data. In order to ensure that the data is processed in accordance with data
protection law, we have concluded a order processing contract with our hoster.
4. Data collection on this website
Data related to a property
To provide our services we collect data about a property for which a new tenant is looked for, such as general information about the property, household data, images of the property and contractual documents.
Information related to a property will partly be posted on third party real estate platforms to advertise the property and partly be shared with interested new tenants to faciliate the new tenant search process (for example to coordinate property visits).
Data related to applications
To provide our services we collect applications to rent a property as a new tenant.
Personal data obtained as part of an application will be permanently deleted if a user deletes the application or after our service for the respective property has been concluded, unless the user who provided the application has chosen to save the data for other potential applications via Namsu.
Applications can be shared with the landlord of the respective property and its current tenant.
Cookies
Our Internet pages use so-called "cookies". Cookies are small text files and do not cause any damage on your
end
device.
They are either stored temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent
cookies) on
your end device. Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Permanent cookies
remain
stored on
your terminal device until you delete them yourself or until they are automatically deleted by your web
browser.
Cookies have various functions. Some cookies are technically necessary, as certain website functions would
not
work
without these cookies.
Other cookies are used to analyze user behaviour.
